What MARKETIA does
- Sends the cash-on-delivery orders closed in the inbox to Dropi, with the data needed for delivery.
- Shows shipment status and the "delivery footprint" (incidents, returns) to decide who to sell cash on delivery to.
- Lets the business explore the product catalog available in its Dropi account.
What it does not do
- It does not access Dropi accounts the business has not connected.
- It does not share conversations or any data with Dropi beyond what delivery requires.
How authorization works
- Dropi does not offer OAuth: the business administrator enters, in MARKETIA → Connections → Dropi, the integration credentials provided by Dropi and, to use the panel features, access to their Dropi panel.
- Credentials are encrypted when saved and only decrypted on the server when used.
What data is stored
- Order data sent to Dropi: the customer's name, address, city, department (state), phone and email, and the products.
- Shipment status and incidents returned by Dropi.
Encryption and security
- Integration token and panel password encrypted at rest (Fernet: AES-128-CBC + HMAC-SHA256); never displayed, logged or returned by the API.
- Tenant isolation.
Disconnection, retention and deletion
- Disconnecting Dropi in MARKETIA deletes the stored credentials and stops sending data.
- Deletion on request by emailing developer@cerebria.co.
